1. An item is OUT OF STOCK. Will you receive it again?
Please contact our Sales Team for item status.  We can create a backorder if the item is coming back.
2. Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Please arrange pick up schedule by phone with one of our Sales Team.   Order pickups available by appointment only.
3. Do you accept COD?
Sorry, we do not accept website COD orders at the moment.
4. Do you accept international orders?
Absolutely. We will ship anywhere in the world where there is delivery service.  Please contact our Sales Team for details..
5. Do you charge sales tax?
No. We are a BUSINESS TO BUSINESS ONLY WHOLESALE COMPANY and all of our customers have been verified with proper business and reseller documentation. However, if you sell to end consumer, you must check your local tax law to charge proper sales tax to your customers.
6. Do you have pre-orders or futures?
Buyers can book pre-orders when we have finalized the styles for the upcoming season.  Please contact our Sales Team for details.
7. Do you sell broken packs?
We do not sell broken packs at this time.  
8. Do you sell your items online elsewhere?
Yes, we have an online storefront at,, and However, availability may vary from site to site. New arrivals are first uploaded on and then to the rest of our sites.
9. Do you ship via cargo?
Yes. We work with several trucking/cargo companies like EDI Express, Direct Air Service, UCL  and others.   Contact our Sales Team for details..
10. How can I track my order?
Please call us for the tracking number, Invoice number, shipping charges, and order details.
11. How long does it take to ship the merchandise upon ordering?
We usually ship as soon as possible when payment information is received before 12:00 pm PST. However, during peak seasons, with high volume of orders, it will take more time to ship. Thank you for your understanding.
12. I do not have a seller's permit. Can I still purchase from you?
No, we are closed to the general public due to IRS regulations.
13. May I use your online images?
Yes! We actually encourage to use our images to promote your boutique and pre-sell before ordering from us. Please contact us for limited time download access. It's a win-win.
14. The invoice does not match the contents of the box! Help?
If the merchandise is miscounted, contact us immediately to cross check inventory and resolve the issue.
15. What is the minimum amount to order?
The minimum WEBSITE amount is currently $50 of the total order. Any other method, the minimum order is $200, mix or match.
16. What is your return policy?
Please refer to our return policy section. We suggest you read it before you order. While our volume of returns is insignificant, we do enforce our policies. Any returns must be reported within 10 days of shipment.
