  Somethting Special TM - Return Policy

  1. Contact Something Special within 3 business days.
  2. Identify damaged items and reason. We will contact you with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions if your claim is approved. If approved, write the reason for the return with the items circled on the original receipt and include this inside your package.
  3. Pack your return carefully. Items must include original tags, cards, cases, boxes, and dust bag.
  4. Ship your return to the address we provide for each order.
  5. Please state your reason for return on the bottom of the original receipt.
  6. A 25% restocking charge will apply to undamaged items.
